An 8' x 10' area rug is the most popular size for living rooms and family rooms — big enough to anchor a sofa and chairs with all the front legs resting on the rug, but still practical for most standard-sized rooms. Our 8x10 collection spans hand-knotted wool rugs, plush shag styles, flat-weave options, and everything from traditional medallion patterns to clean modern geometrics.

Whether you're furnishing a formal living room or a casual family space, you'll find pieces in every color family, from warm ivory and beige neutrals to bold blues, reds, and charcoal. Materials run from 100% wool and wool blends to hard-wearing synthetics built for high-traffic rooms. The collection includes one-of-a-kind rugs hand-knotted by the workshops we have bought from for more than thirty years, alongside machine-woven designs from Nourison, Dynamic Rugs, Calvin Klein and DKNY.

As a general rule, leave 18-24 inches of bare floor between the rug's edge and your walls. If your living room is on the smaller side, consider our 6x9 collection instead; for larger, open-concept spaces, browse 10x14 rugs.

Shipping is a flat $25, and free on orders over $200. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, with return shipping paid by the buyer. Our Aberdeen Township, NJ showroom is always open if you'd like to see colors and textures in person before you buy.
