5x7 Area Rugs

5 x 7 sits between a 4 x 6 and a 5 x 8, and it is the size most people land on for an apartment living room or a smaller bedroom — large enough to hold the front legs of a sofa, small enough that it does not swallow the room.

It is the fourth-largest size we carry. Most of it is low-pile synthetic built for rooms that get walked on, weighted toward modern patterns with a run of vintage-look designs behind them. Grey, beige and blue lead the color range.
